Learn to race! Junior sailors will learn the basics of racing in an Optimist or 420. We'll focus on boat speed, strategies for starts and mark roundings, racing rules, and more. This is a mixed-age clinic, with kids sailing Optis/420s based on their age, size, and preference. Requirements: Ages 10+, must be a confident sailor having completed beginner, intermediate, or advanced class, able to steer the boat upwind and downwind. Cost $20, max students 15.
